Along with your interpersonal skills you’ll also have strong technical knowledge. An engineering degree (or equivalent) will be the basis on which you have developed your career, preferably in a lean / six sigma manufacturing environment. You will also have demonstrated sound technical skills in the areas of production / manufacturing, managing people / projects and continuous improvement activities.
